Breeding Station HAN – ENDE

When our first Spaniel, a13 years old female dog called Dina, died on 16 May 2001, I made a decision that I would never want another dog in our family. I did not want to feel this kind of sadness again. But this decision did not last very long and by the beginning of June I reserved two female dogs in a breeding station. We agreed on their names with the breeder Mrs. Navrátilová so there was nothing to stop us from going and picking them up during the second week of July.  

Brisky was smaller and had slightly  lighter colour, Blessing was just like our Dina. So naturally, Blessing stayed with us. Brisky went after few weeks to Prague and stayed with my son and his girlfriend.  

We could  not establish a breeding station with our first Spaniel Dina. But with Blessing we could so I learned a lot not only about exhibitions and breeding, but about hunting as well. I had  big support from my family and new friends – WSS breeders. My biggest helper was breeder Mr. Ladislav Slama who helped me breed Blessing and pass the hunting applicability exams. This way, I would like to thank him.    

We had gone through both happy and disappointing moments with Blessing but finally one day we met all the requirements and our HAN – ENDE breeding station could be established.  

Until today, Blessing has reached many degrees on exhibitions – she is a Czech Champion and Interchampion. She passed all the hunting applicability exams and became a mother of 20 puppys – litters A, B and C. Some of them are already successful hunting and exhibitions dogs.  

8. 11. 2006 we „ adopted „ three yers old female Eli z Dacickeho haje. She got used by us quickly. She was very successful on the dog shaw and she passed working tests. She fulfiled alls conditions and she became breeding female 23. 9. 2007.

21. 7. 2008 she gave birth first puppies – litter D.

Our kennel HAN – ENDE have two breeding females – Blessing z Herocké návsi and Eli z Dacického háje. Third the youngest female Cilla Han – Ende get ready on your duty. Your exhibition and working successes indicate to be very good successor your mater Blessing.

The past year 2009 brought new puppies, but also shows, and we worked to make sure that our youngest bitch Cilla Han - Ende could be included as a breeding bitch.

On 24th February our bitch Blessing gave birth to the last puppies - litter E. There were unfortunately only two puppies, a bitch called Eli Sarah and a dog called Erny. Both young ones found quickly their new owners. And because our new lady Blessing was eight on 26.5.2009, she took a well-deserved rest. But we hope that she will live a healthy life with us for many more happy years.

Our second breeding bitch Eli from Dacický háj gave birth to six puppies on 16^th August, five dogs and one bitch. This was litter F. There was also great interest in these puppies and they all went to new homes around the country within two months. You can see the pictures under the link Puppies.

We entered our youngest female Cilla in several successful shows and she won the titles Czech Junior Champion, Monte Negro Champion and Czech champion.

She also passed the required working trial. On 23rd August she competed in the Ability Test club and was awarded 1^st prize, thus meeting the required conditions for breeding under registration number 476/2010. Photos from some events may be found under the link Photo-crocks.

Cilla made a successful start to 2010 in the National Show in Olomouc, where she won the prize V1, CAC and the title of National Winner. The International Dog Show in Ceské Budejovice in April was also very successful for us and for the kennel Han – Ende. The complete results of this international show may be found at www.kchls.cz in the section WSS. This year we would like to mostly devote ourselves to working trials with Cilla. On the 13th and 14^th March 2010 one of my dreams came true and I visited England and the famous Crufts. It was a great experience. I have tried to write a few comments. This short article can be found in the News section under the name Thinking about Crufts There is a lot of work in front of us in 2010, but I hope that we will manage to accomplish at least some of our plans.

In the summer of 2010, our kennel Han - Ende extended for another breed - American Water Spaniel (American Water Spaniel). Breed is represented by female Valinky Amelia and June 8, 2012 to stay far away from Minnesota in the U.S. boy's Night Hawk Classic Orinoco. Travel and change environmental well-managed small Ori. It is very nice, clever and fearless dog. We hope that he will grow and be an excellent dog for its great strength pedigree breeding AWS not only in our country.
